I recently stayed at this hotel in Bursa, and I have to say the location is fantastic, right by the Ulu Camii and close to various shopping spots. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay much more pleasant. However, the rooms fell short of my expectations as they were small and lacked air conditioning, which made them noisy and a bit uncomfortable. The breakfast options weren't great either, as I had the same limited menu for three days. Overall, it's a decent choice for its location and the friendly service, but there are definitely areas for improvement.
